- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free Estimates are based upon information given by customer. With that being said pricing is subjective to change when all components of the project being requested are over seen with the exact information needed , ( measurements , materials, damages ect.). Deposit is required based upon services . Minimum service fee of $75 . Trip fee applied $50 and 0.19 for every mile after 20miles.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer satisfaction! First we would review the project being requested to make sure it is within our parameters. Once this is reviewed if able to an estimate would be sent to customer after approval a contract between customer and Tramirez Installation LLC would be completed . If deposit is required after payment is made we schedule a date and time for services. After completion of services to customer satisfaction remaining balance is due !

I am licensed and insured since 2020 Handy man services Window/Door/ shower enclosure Installation , repairs and services for new construction and retro. Cleaning services new construction/ move in/out , hoarder, events, abandoned weekly bi weekly, monthly
