I just want to thank Mr. Luis Gonzalez for the repair service. I had a leak with my toilet and we discuss the price which is noted on the companies page. The next day Mr. Gonzalez arrived on time and went straight to work replacing parts to stop the leak. He cleaned up after his work was completed to my satisfaction. Update; this professional contacted me and came back and fixed the problems. I would love to give a 5 * review but I have concerns. I wanted a 2 bowl sink changed to a single, install a faucet and garbage disposal. The quote was reasonable and they were very accommodating to fit me into their schedule. They came on a weekend without an extra charge and seemed very confident with the job. In fact, they were so proud of their work they have posted pictures on this site. The tech came and almost forgot about the garbage disposal which was sitting next to the sink. No worries, he got it done before leaving. The tech was unable to hook up the dishwasher because the hose wasn’t long enough but promised to come back when I bought the extension. No worries yet. The technician left without turning all the water back on but came back within the hour of discovering the problem. Still, no worries yet . Now, less than a week later, the faucet has disconnected pouring water out into the cabinets. I went to look for the part to hook up the dishwasher and it doesn’t exist. A new longer hose needs to be installed which I’m happy to pay for. Now the worries: 5 hours later I’m without use of my sink, unreturned phone calls and txt messages. I’ll happily update and amend this review if and when the job is completed.

We typically get in contact with new customers by recommendations from previous customers, which we then follow up with either visit if its a Repair Service or with a Quote/Estimate if its a New Construction Project. We always keep the customer aware of all the steps we will take to assure their request is satisficed. Communication is Key!

Our plumbers have over 20 Years of experience in the Plumbing industry, also we are licensed and Insured and Follow all necessary additional trainings to keep our staff trained and up to date with the latest changes to Local Codes.
