One of the brackets holding our under mount sink broke on Sunday night. I started looking for plumbers to call Monday and noted the positive reviews for Hi-Flo. I contacted them Monday morning and he was there that same afternoon. The sink looks better now than when it was brand new, and he showed me where he put the new brackets and how long to wait for everything to be ready to use. He was professional and the cost to fix the issue was reasonable. I think we have found our go-to plumbing company!

Very responsive. Knowledgeable and efficient. John knows his stuff, he’s communicative and responds quickly. He helped us with a clogged drain in our main pipeline leading from our house to our septic tank. It didn’t take him long to find the problem. Got to work on fixing it and did a great job. Explained what he was doing and got it resolved in a reasonable amount of time. This was on a weekend so we needed it as an urgent emergency after-hours when no other big company would answer easily and would definitely overcharge. Thanks John! Saving your number!!
