I took my Mac Mini in for a virus scan and general checkup. Michael did all that, found a couple of adware viruses, removed them and at my request did an Operating System upgrade for me. He also discovered that the system was supposed to have 16 gigs of RAM but was only reporting 8 as one chip was loose. That has now been fixed so I am very happy with the whole experience.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started taking apart computers when I was 14-15 and it went up from there. I worked for a repair store fixing Xboxs when I was 15 and that taught me value. I then went out on my own and have been doing it since.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Virus Removals, Tune-Ups, and Hard Drive replacement.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Shop around, get prices, ask a lot of questions. If they sound like they know what they are doing and confident that is a good start.
