Amazing work and value from Diamond Flooring! Edison and his team are super focused on doing the job right and going above and beyond expectations. My husband and I purchased our first house in Orlando July 2020 and are new to Florida. The house used to be a short-term rental and with the years of wear and tear, was in desperate need of new flooring. With carpet, tile, hard woods and another set of tile, the flooring was also disjointed and made the house feel more worn than it really was. Edson was quick to respond to my project on Thumbtack, came and viewed the place that day and provided proactive suggestions on how to fix the various flooring levels, provided solutions to flooring around the newly painted walls and reccommended different flooring types based on how we are looking to use the house (we have a pool). That's without even being rewarded the job yet! We bid the project out to three companies. Edson's proposal came back in-line with the market research we had done on flooring meaning he's not trying to cut corners, nor is he over charging you - he's fair. Very important for folks like me who aren't as familiar with flooring. We hired Diamond Flooring right away, let Edson know we were looking to get started right away and Edson was able to juggle his team around to get the flooring completed within three days! They even helped install new toilets as they had to remove the old toilets to do the flooring. Super helpful! The result = the house looks like a million bucks. The transformation the new flooring makes is crazy. The house feels new and warm and inviting. It looks like a whole new house! We can't believe how pristine the house looks. Edson and his team are fantastic and I can't recommend them enough! Great, GREAT team to work with!
