When I spoke with Paul he let me know after sending pictures what was wrong and what would need to be done for the toilet in order for it to work again. Ended up replacing the toilet in the master bathroom same day due to all the issues along with replacement of flange. Install looks awesome and he was very professional. Would recommend to friends and family and if I ever need anymore plumbing work will definetly be calling back.
