- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unlike majority of the businesses in this industry, I do not charge an hourly rate! I will provide my customers with a couple different quotes/solutions to improve their system; each of which will have a set in stone price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is my hope that each and every single customer of mine, turns into a client and allows me to become their “go-to sprinkler guy”…as such, I will complete a thorough analysis of your irrigation system each and every visit. This allows me to set a baseline for your system and keep track of the overall condition of each individual component.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Anyone can screw a new sprinkler head into the ground…but a true professional such as myself, will take the time to ensure complete coverage, distribution uniformity, and overall efficiency of a system.
