- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in the quality of our service, so you will only be charged a fee if your vacation rental is booked! We don't charge flat fees or other hidden fees. After setup with us, we only get paid if you get paid too!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a FREE analysis of your home, so you can see how much you may earn with your place if you work with us. After that, if you are interested in moving forward, we make a full check of the place and setup our automated tools, which will allow us to advertise your place in all the available channels and distribution networks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
PMI is one of the top brands in Property Management in US - we have more than 300 franchises in the country and even abroad. PMI Clearwater managers have been trained in VRMA (Vacation Rental Management Association) and they are always looking to learn and improve their knowledge in the area.
