FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not accept insurance since we know what’s best for our patients, not the insurance companies. Our initial consultation is a 75-minute appointment which includes a postural analysis, review of findings, treatment planning, manual therapy and corrective exercises as needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We look at three things: Story, Symptoms, and Structure. What’s your story? How did you end up here? Was it an accident or injury, or did this gradually build up? What do you do for a living? Knowing your habitual patterns will give us better clues in order to find the root source of your pain. What’s your symptoms? Is your pain a dull-achy pain, numbness, shooting, burning, sharp, etc. When does it happen? Mornings only? More towards the end of the day? All day even? Only doing your workouts or maybe after? What’s your structure looking like. Evaluating your structure, or posture will give us visual evidence of which muscles are tightened and which are weakened. Gathering information from all three of these categories will paint a better picture for us to get to the root source of your pain!
