After taking my deposit and promising 2 men and a 26 foot truck, only ONE person showed up with a 10 ft truck. After numerous phone calls unanswered, the mover left because it was impossible for him complete the move by himself. This company is a complete joke.

Real all the fine print. If they cause damage they aren't responsible for ruining your floors or walls. Their furniture damage insurance claims require receipts of when you purchased, you must have pictures of undamaged items before the move. Must be deemed unusable Refuses to give refunds. Check BBB ratings. Not accredited with them. Price was good, definitely not worth the damage. I'll update as my claim is processed.

Our movers try their best to prevent damage while moving your furniture by blanket wrapping, shrink wrapping, and carefully maneuvering your items. However, no one is perfect and sometimes damage may occur. If any furniture is damaged we assist our customers in submitting a damage claim form to our insurance. The insurance does have basic requirements in order to submit a claim such as: receipts, photos of the damaged items, and the approximate weight of each item. This customer was unhappy about having to produce a receipt for the item that was damaged. We advised her to send what she had available and we would try to submit the claim without it. We are continuing to check back on this submitted claim and will reach out with any updates.

First time hiring movers, amazing service! Very affordable pricing and excellent communication. From the time they arrived til the time they were finished, they literally were running and hoping up steps 2 at a time. Never once did they slow down or complain! Very kind and courteous, all furniture was wrapped with a blanket and shrink wrapped. This moving company is the absolute real deal. A+++

Long story short the movers shattered my glass table that was supposed to be bubble wrapped and I paid them for the bubble wrap! And my bed wasn’t covered with blankets and got scratched up and my tv stand doors were broke and chink missing! The movers were supposed to put my bed together and had no knowledge of it! They attempted and was putting the bed together backwards and upside down! The driver said he spoke to the manager and they would send an email and didn’t. In fact later they asked me to give a good review to help grow their business! I asked do they know their movers messed up some of my furniture!? They didn’t so the driver didn’t really report it! So the supervisor or whatever sent a damage waiver and I needed model number, receipt, pictures before and after! Who keeps receipts for furniture and pictures!? However after digging I found pictures sent them over and never heard anything back! I even asked for a refund at least for the cost of the move and no response! I will never use them again! Horrible moving company!!

Would not hire again. I'm only giving 2 stars because the movers arrived on time and were courteous and friendly and provided all of the packing materials. Our estimate was for 4.5 hours which included packing. I had one of their reps come by to do an estimate for all of the packing we needed for our 1200 square foot apartment and was promised that the movers would be trained and professional. When the movers arrived, I was told that they would load the small boxes into the truck first, then the bigger items to "hold everything in place". It took them nearly 4 hours to pack everything and that was with my assistance on 2 of the rooms. Once they started loading everything into the truck, I was told that they were running out of space, and that my move would require TWO trips. You would think that if they were actually trained, they would have loaded the larger items into the truck first, that way, they could see how much room they'd have left in the truck to work with. The packing was lousy at best, and they didn't bother to label any of our boxes which made unpacking things a nightmare. We moved on Sunday, and we're still going through boxes trying to find things that we need. I have no clue where the comforter for our bed is and it's been 3 days since our move. My estimate included the reassembly of our furniture, but our Bed was not put back together. All the boxes were dropped off into the living room of our new place - instead of being organized against the wall of our dining room per my request. Some boxes were dropped off upside-down, and our dishes were in those. My wife and I spent hours just to reorganize the mess that was left in our living room, just to make room to walk around. All in all, the total time spent for our move was 9.5 hours. They bill by the minute, so do the math. The total cost of the move was nearly twice what I was estimated. I've used Thumbtack as a resource for finding quality service in 2 of my prior moves, and this was by far the worst. I'm thoroughly disappointed with this entire experience.

This customer has not called or contacted us regarding any dissatisfaction. We are an upstanding company who stands by their customers. We were unaware of any damages that occurred as they were never brought to our company’s attention. Had Justin given us the opportunity to make this right, we would’ve came to a resolution to ensure he was satisfied despite the issues that occurred. This customer was sent two separate estimates after Daniel, our in person estimator came out. Justin Carlin called our company for an over the phone estimate on 09/25 and booked the same day to move on 10/03. After getting scheduled, he inquired about packing services. He was told that we could not provide packing services over the phone, so we set up a date and time for an in person estimate for 09/27. After the in person estimate, Daniel informed this customer that the packing services would take approximately 3.5 hours for packing and 4.5 hours for moving services - a total estimate of 8 hours. The customer agreed to the new estimate and remained scheduled. Estimates are always an estimate, and varying factors can cause the packing and moving to take a little bit longer than anticipated. However, we were 1.5 hours off of the estimate, not 4 hours off. We handle any complaints that are brought to our attention and put our customers’ first.
