- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm very fair in price for the workmanship of the project. I do not mark up for material.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I go over the project with the customer to find out the wants and needs and then go over budget. I then send out the estimate by either email or text and then finally set up a scheduled start date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked with relatives over the years growing up as a young adult. Some floor layers , window installers , fence installers and also small construction. All have taught and trained me in different fields .
