FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My name is Evan and I am the owner of Bastion Painting. I price projects below most paint companies but still provide the same stellar results. How is this possible? I have way less overhead and I am able to provide larger discounts on exterior repaints. The best part is the painters still use the same paint and tools. They also have the freedom to take extra love and care for each job because they do not start the next job until we are finished with yours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I build relationships because I am able! Larger companies rush you through the processes, collect big deposits, and rush through the job to get your money. My main priority is our customer's experience. We make the process as simple as possible: 1. Give us a call and tell us about your project, your concerns, and what time is convenient for you to meet for an estimate. 2. During the estimate, I'll come out and go over all of your requests and needs one by one before we estimate the cost. Then we perform the estimate with pictures of the project, accurate pricing, and provide a custom estimate tailored to your needs. 3. If you choose us, I'll schedule a time of the project and produce a work order for the painters. The painters buy the paint and complete the job on time. 4. Once the job is finished, I will personally do a final walk around with you can make sure there are no final touchups or cleaning that needs to be done before collecting any payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Painters are licensed and insured. As the owner, I am a math teacher in Pinellas County and handle the business end of Bastion Painting. Our experienced painters each have several years of experience and handle the physical work. Being a teacher has taught me how to help others in need personally, physically, and emotionally. I bring 10 years of professional teaching experience to customer service. I am here to serve you.
