- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard shop price is $69.00 due at drop off plus any parts or supplies. If we travel to a customers location, the charge is $120.00 for the hour starting at the customers door.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We either go to the customer location or they can bring it to our shop. Repairs are usually competed within the hour. We take checks, cash or credit cards.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 30 years training on all makes and models of printers and copiers
