It took a little while to get scheduled, but once it was, it went exceptionally well. On time, better-than-expected results from a punctual, careful and resourceful crew. I'm sitting in a transformed house now, and it was def worth the wait!

The work was solid, but the communication was missing in the initial phase. Had to proactively reach out a lot of the time to get any updates, get the job scheduled, etc. Followup communication was fine once things had begun. Also ended up with some extra drywall damage during the job in the room adjacent/underneath that the workers caused while replacing the subfloor, not super bad since they did a great job fixing it. Just lengthened the job time frame a little.
