My experience with Cool Right was great. My air conditioner stopped working so my landlord called Cool Right. The repairman came out as soon as he was available. He did some troubleshooting, found the problem, explained what the problem was and repaired it. He even followed up with me a few days later to make sure I wasn't having any moe problems with the air conditioner. I was very pleased with customer service I received from Cool Right and would definitely recommend him.
