I used Arthur to repair my 65" Samsung TV and I am 100% satisfied. He was very responsive and knowledgeable. After diagnosing the problem he ordered parts and returned 3 days later to install. Arthur is very professional and his quality of work is excellent. I will use him again if needed.

Knowledgeable, kind, and swift. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly, and give us an expected time-frame for the resolution. Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved after about a month of working on the TV. However, I would still recommend Arthur to anybody looking to get their TV fixed. He did not charge us for the extra parts and labor since he was not able to fix the issue. You cannot compete with Arthur's professionalism, and affordability.
