Arthur came out the very next day after we spoke and fixed my problem by fixing the existing part instead of trying to sell me a new part for a lot more money. It was obvious that he knew what to do on my big, flat-screen TV. He was very pleasant and did not leave until we were sure that everything on the TV was working correctly. The price was very fair.
