- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No complicated system for pricing! Prices are charged by the hour not the problem. If the problem can be fixed during that hour then you will be charged for that fee not hundreds of dollars for a 30 minute task.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I gather detailed information of the problem(s) they're having. I confirm the problem by repeating it back to make sure we are on the same page. I provide an estimate based on previous experiences and solutions. When customer agrees to rate, I gather their information to add them in system where it keeps track of the time spent on job and determines full amount.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Masters degree and finished attending classes for Windows 7, 2008 R2 server & Networking Infrastructure.
