The Ostara Floral team is absolutely amazing. Courtney and her team went above and beyond for my wedding this past weekend and I could not be happier. The team is extremely professional, responsive, honest and helpful. I strongly feel that their prices are very reasonable for both the florals you get but also the excellent customer service. Ostara Floral was hands down one of the easiest vendors that we worked with for our wedding and I had so much confidence in them on the day of our wedding, I knew they had it all covered - and they really did. I wanted to send a fresh fruit basket as well as a peace lily to my family from NY to Land o Lake. I saw the wonderful reviews of this local florist, so placed an order. I missed the smell of fresh flowers in a REAL florist, filled with cool stuff you don't see every day...Until I visited Flagler Floral and spoke with Nancy & the team! What a lovely experience. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do our absolute best to accommodate every budget. Prices vary based on the quantity and types of flowers used. As a guideline Bridal Bouquets start at $150 and centerpieces start at $55.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by scheduling a free consultation where we will discuss all of the details of your event. We will talk about the types of arrangements needed and your overall vision. We love Pinterest pictures and love when customers come prepared with a few pictures to help us better understand your vision.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our lead designer is Florida Master Certified through the Florida State Florist Association. As a team we have over 50 years of combined experience.
