My name is Bill. I am the owner of Vortex Heating & Cooling. I have been in the HVAC industry for 23+ years. Or I could say the HVAC industry has been in my life & in my family for 23+ years. I started at my Dad's AC company, in the warehouse, to get my feet in the door. I continued to climb the ropes, learning all the ins & outs of each position. Eventually, I opened my own AC company. Unfortunately don’t know much about how good or not they are . Since we agreed on a time and when they did not showed they say thumbtack app failed and not confirmed my appointment . Perhaps thumbtack application is not reliable .

Amazing! Bill came out and within literally 30 seconds pointed out the problem. I didn’t have AC for almost 2 days and living in Florida that is torture. On the job training is some of the best training there is! Growing with the industry is a BIG bonus! All our technicians are EPA certified and NATE certified technicians who are always learning to be able to assist our customers.
