Mike with AIM was outstanding servicing our HVAC and Mini-Split. I have hired other companies for HVAC maintenance over the past 6 years I’ve had this unit and Mike cleaned areas that had NEVER been cleaned. Very thorough, great at explaining everything. Mike’s recommended best practices that matched up with what I had researched. He took pride in his work and was careful to not leave a mess. AIM also has great tech with scheduling, checklists and maintenance programs. This is a very buttoned up company that earned my trust, respect and appreciation on the first visit!

Recently had an issue where my AC wasn’t working at my rental property in St Pete. AIM service group called me within 10 minutes and was able to get a tech out within an hour. Michael Perchitti was the tech who came out and was able to quickly diagnose the issue. He was very thorough in explaining to me the cause of the issue, how I can prevent something like this in the future, as well as my options to resolve it now. He provided very fair pricing which was so detailed it went over the pros and cons to both options. Thanks to Michael and AIM service group the tenants had air back up and running within 2 hours. I’d highly recommend them to anyone else needing assistance!

My HVAC was broken and the temp in my house reached 89° at some point. It was such a nightmare. Thankfully, I reached out to AIM on Sunday night and they had availability the next day.
