What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I perform an introductory phone conversation with the goal to consult with a new customer and answer any questions he/she/they might have. Once all details have been understood and agreed upon we schedule the recording session.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started in 1988 as recording engineer apprentice in an Austrian recording studio and have been hooked ever since.
