- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is not there to break the bank, nor is it there to compete with competitors. We price things to cover the overhead of running a small, quality pest control company.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first evaluate the premises to get an understanding of services that the customer has contacted us for. We then propose a strategic plan to prevent/exterminate pest. Once customer is content with results we disappear until needed again unless customer sets up Monthly/Bi-monthly/Quarterly pest control services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Between John and I there is about 17 Years of pest control knowledge. We are constantly working in the field and staying up to par with current Pest management technology.
