This is a very mixed but honest review. The majority of the work completed to replace our tub with a shower was done well. However the communication from the office and the lack of punctuality was terrible. Every time they were supposed to come out they were about an hour late with no form of communication. We passed on this company a year ago for this reason and went back to them based on price. You do get what you pay for at least in terms of professionalism. We had a couple very minor issues post-installation and were told the owner would come back to fix these problems. After many attempts to have him come out and last minute cancelations, the woman from the office showed up an hour late one night and we were not still home. We specifically told them we needed the owner as it was for technical repairs. No offense to the other employee but I’m not sure if she is qualified to fix issues with a shower. They have not reached out again to us in order to resolve our concerns which is very disappointing. We love the new shower but it would’ve been nice to have our last issues resolved by this company. Pay close attention to the office’s responsiveness, punctuality, and professionalism before choosing this company.

I several issues with a job completed in September of last year which should not be happening after only a year. I had the tub replaced with a shower, new flooring and new vanity. I have been seeking resolution since September 3 of this year, and the company stopped responding to me on September 18th.
I have attached pictures but I cannot attach a video so everyone can hear the water sloshing under the vinyl flooring around the toilet. Anthony put in the shower which appears to be functional. I cannot say the same for the most of the rest which Ishmael put in, which was the flooring and the vanity.
Water Under Flooring and Caulking Issues: There is water under the flooring around the toilet, and the caulking/silicone is either worn
away or cracked. Additionally, the caulking along the exterior length of the shower pan is cracked.
Vanity Leak: The overflow hole in the sink leaks water into the vanity, and the faucet also causes leakage, resulting in warped wood
inside the vanity. Initially, we were willing to overlook this issue, but it has become more concerning in light of the toilet and flooring
issues.
Anthony put in the shower which appears to be functional. I cannot say the same for the portion Ishmael put in, which was the flooring and the vanity. I have attempted to contact AAA Remodeling of Central Florida multiple times:
On September 3rd and 5th, I called the number listed on your website (352-708-1322) from my phone listed in the contract and left voicemails, but did not receive a response.
On September 9th, I called from a different number and, although I did not leave a message, someone returned my call the same day. I subsequently sent a video of the problem and had a brief text exchange, during which I was informed that someone would need to check the schedule to arrange a visit.
On September 18th, I received a text message indicating an attempt to coordinate with Anthony to visit and assess the issues but no one contacted since.
As of October 2nd, I have called four times and the last time AAA responded was via text message on September 18th. I emailed the company on October 3 outlining my issues and advising I would be compelled to take legal action and start leaving reviews after a October 7 with a firm date for Anthony’s visit if I did not receive response. As of today, November 14, they have not responded.

We needed a tub to shower conversion to be completed as quickly as possible and AAA really came through for us.
We received a quick quote and were scheduled to start less that 7 days later. We thankfully had a bathroom my grandma could safely use within a week. We weren’t picky so we easily selected something in their warehouse (way more options that I expected) which helped with saving time.
The price was fair and there were no surprises. The workers ensured that the space was completely clean before they left and extremely communicative throughout.
It’s been a long time since I’ve seen this level of professionalism and my grandma loves her new bathroom more than any other one in the house!
