We had a great experience with Justian. We highly recommend him. He quickly knew what was wrong and fixed it. He told how to avoid it happening again, he made sure my machine was leveled and he fixed how the hose was inserted and secured it. He made sure it was working properly before he left and let us know we had 90 days warranty.
