FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
How committed are you to reaching your fitness goals. Quality training is not cheap. Before starting a program you have to be willing to see this as an investment. Most people will make all the excuses in the world before they purchase a program. You have to ask yourself are you ready to view the program as an expense or an investment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is very simple. You can send me a text or email regarding your goals and questions. I will respond within 1-2 hours and schedule a phone call with you. During the call, we will go over your goals and also talk pricing. I will then ask you what day you are available to meet in person. We then will schedule the day, meet in person, and you’ll get to workout with me. Our first meeting is complimentary!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been PTA Global certified and studied the NASM CPT handbook book. I also learned a lot of my information from credible sources and experienced coaches in the field. I was a commercial gym trainer for 6 years prior to starting my private business.
