DO NOT HIRE! Hired Juan to trim arica palms, a sago palm and some clusia bushes. I walked the property with Juan and specifically told him I just wanted to trim and shape the aricas and hedges and I even pointed out my neighbor’s hedges and aricas and said just lightly trim like those are but I want them to remain thick and full for privacy. Well he just about destroyed the clusia and aricas. Cut them back to stems. I posted before and after pictures so you can see for yourself. Took me two years to get them so full, he destroyed them in 2 hours. He’s not very bright and expected full payment for this disaster. I deducted only $50 but this will cost me hundreds to install more plants to try to fill them back in. The worst landscaper I have ever hired!
