We had our bathroom remodeled by Alan at Dallas Construction, and we are very happy with the entire experience. The bathroom looks amazing, they were incredibly professional and responsive, walking me through every step of the way to make sure I felt comfortable and was on board with each decision. We were contacted by this company after asking for bids to paint our foyer and staircase. We were slightly concerned about this being a remodeling company and not specifically painting, but were also looking for a contractor to remodel in the future so we gave them a chance. When we told them that if this job goes well, we will use them in the future for other projects, owner responded with “our work will speak for itself.” He sent 2 guys out the first day and they placed a small amount of plastic to protect other areas from paint splatter. Second and third day only one guy showed up and placed close to no protection down on carpet, wood floors or baseboards. After inspection we found unfinished walls, paint splatter nearly everywhere, including areas 5 feet away from where paint should have been, dripped paint all over baseboards and doors and door trim, and worst of all, the staircase was sanded with no rooms blocked off and saw dust was everywhere in our home. Outside of our home, there were drippings of paint all over on our stone walkway. The owner had come to check on this job and had to have seen these things but chose to ignore them. We asked the owner to come back and take a look. He agreed that the job was horrible and to redo it. He stated employee who did the job had been fired because of it. The owner and 2 of his men came back and did a decent job on redoing the interior. They attempted to clean the stone outside with some kids of chemical that stained our stone and looked horrible. Owner agreed to come back and fix stone but never did. When we reached out again, he just ignored. Very nice men. I think the owner had good intentions and wanted to make sure job was done right but just didn’t follow through in the end unfortunately.

Allan is a real pleasure to work with. He did an excellent job of remodeling our master and guest baths and installing hardwood floors on both floors. He is punctual, efficient, flexible always with a smiling face. Will highly recommend him for any of the home remodeling work.
