- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a small company that strives to give the best services possible. You will be given a price up front that will not change unless the job turns into something else. Before any work is performed you will be given some options to be able to decide which one would be best for you and your home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon arrival we will take a look at your issue and give you options on how to repair it. All pricing is given upfront so you know that there are no hidden charges coming your way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a plumber for 26 years in several different states doing residential and commercial service as well as new construction. I am also Rinnai certified and have done work as an AC technician. I strive to learn as much as possible to be able to confidently take care of my customers homes.
