Very awesome experience. High end experience of the Jamaican flavors. Not too hot that i could not taste the flavors. There was a great variety of food and the pace was perfect. I didn’t feel like I over ate although I ate a lot. I would definitely recommend him for other events. I am even thinking of one in the near future. Hats off to Chef Clive!!!

Clive was the on-site chef for my sister's dinner party. He was very professional in his attire and presentation of the food. The delicious food was Infused with a medley of Caribbean flavors yet not as heavy. The time in between meals was perfect. There was just enough time to share our thoughts about the previous course and the anticipation of the next. Clive is a wonderful and pleasant chef!! I would recommend him time and time again.
