Justin, We truly appreciate your feedback. As per our phone conversation this morning, we only learn and grow from both good and bad feedback. You were 100% correct, you were quoted incorrectly, and it was an honest mistake by the plumber who came to your home. The job should have been quoted at approximately half of what you were quoted. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. We will be refunding your service charge back to your credit card. Again, we apologize for this experience. We want all of our customers to have a great 5-star experience, and hope that we can provide that for you at some point in the future.
