- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The first thing our competitors want to know is: "What are your rates?" This is because most of our "competitors" have NO idea how to price their services. Legitimate clients don't really care about rates, they care about the qualifications of the Bodyguard they hire, and the value of the service they receive. If you value your life, don't hire a former corrections officer to be your bodyguard.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always, always, ALWAYS conduct a through Threat Assessment and Analysis of your situation before we agree to take your assignment. We always, always, ALWAYS conduct a through Advance/Assessment of your situation, introducing our personnel and confirming your expectations of us. We always, always, ALWAYS listen carefully and identify any special needs that would make your experience with us a positive one.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owners are a former US Marine with (expired) clearance to the White House and a current member of the US State Department Diplomatic Security Service Overseas Security Advisory Council. Our Protection Specialists have completed the US State Department's WorldWide Protective Services High Threat Operations training and have extensive experience guarding US Diplomats, Heads of State and International VIP's.
