I was just trying to get an estimate for a roof replacement for a property I might buy. Mr. Jon replied instantly to my query by phone on a Saturday. He was KIND, RESPECTFUL, COMPETENT, EFFICIENT and FUN, even though this was just a tire kicking query. I was asking about Metal Roofing, but he also told me they offer SOLAR SHINGLES ! He also explained the GAF Warranty coverages as that is a big issue here in Florida with our Hurricanes and challenging insurance issues. This Home Services Representative covered everything. AND They can finance ! Within minutes he sent me a soft link to get approved for financing for the project should I be able to move forward with the purchase of this property. I STRONGLY recommend this company for all your roofing needs because they have one thing that stands above all the rest: OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPPORT !

I was very impressed with Jon Comas. His damage video on the roof was excellent. He was very informative and explained in detail the damaged that was sustained. I felt so comfortable with him, I asked him to check another commercial building I own. He responded promptly to my phone calls and text messages, no matter what time of the day. I felt that Jon has kept me informed so far, every step of the way to getting the damage repaired and replaced.
