I recently needed to find a company to clean the roof of my Heathrow home. I had a preliminary conversation with Chris regarding the method of cleaning, my requirements for no plant damage, insurance coverage and the fact that I’m an animal lover and that I had a squirrel that might be trying to build a nest in my gutters and would need to be avoided. On the day of cleaning, Chris was prompt. He took his time doing the job and found the squirrel. We mutually agreed to complete 1/2 the job and that he would return at a later date to finish up after the squirrel moved on. Luckily in about a weeks time, the squirrel had actually moved on and Chris came back out within a few days to finish the job. Overall, Meridian Softwash did a great job accommodating my needs. My roof is really clean plus every shrub and ornamental tree shows no sign of chemical burn. I’d highly recommend this company and will be using them again when the need arises.

I typically give a good discount of $50-$100 or more for multiple services combined. I.E. roof cleaning, house wash, driveway

In my teenage years I pressure washed my parents 5000 sq/ft driveway and pool deck every summer. As well as their tile roof every few years.
