I am so happy I found Nikki at Lux pet sitting. I was really nervous about going away for a week until I met her! I called and made an appointment. She came over to meet my two cats the next day and was here every day after, sending me pictures, feeding and playing with them. I honestly had a peaceful vacation without worry knowing she was there to take care of them. Thank you Nikki for the picture magnet for my fridge! What a nice surprise!! I highly recommend Lux Pet Sitting if you need a dependable caring sitter!

Nikki Shugan at Lux Pet Sitting is a total pro - skilled, attentive and reliable. She goes the extra mile to let you know your furry friend is in good hands. Updates were emailed after every visit, often with photos. It’s also clear that she really cares about animals. Robbie, my 12 year old dog, connected with her immediately. I can’t say that about everyone he meets.

I recently had the pleasure of using Lux Pet Sitting and I can confidently say that they are a truly fabulous company. From start to finish, everything was handled with exceptional attention to detail and care.
Nikki and her team were outstanding, with prompt and friendly responses to all of my inquiries. They took the time to understand my pet's needs and preferences, and matched us with a pet sitter who was the perfect fit for our family.
Nikki was our pet sitter- she was clearly experienced and knowledgeable about animal care, and had a genuine love and affection for our dog Roxy and our two cats (Isabella & Franklin). She provided regular updates on how they were doing, including pictures and videos, which gave us peace of mind while we were away.
In addition to providing excellent care for our pets, Nikki also took care of our home, ensuring that everything was clean and tidy upon our return. We were so impressed with the level of care and attention to detail provided by Lux Pet Sitting, and we would recommend them without hesitation.
