Wonderful trainer with a respect and love for animals Nina took my older dogs and worked with them for some barking and pulling issues she did a fantastic job at explaining how to work with them on a daily basis! She will be back to train more in the future

went to apply for a position as a behavioral trainer. I have been certified for dog behavioral training for 3 years now as well as animal CPR certified as well. Was informed after completing the phone interview and video interview that because i drive a 34 year old car i "cannot professionally represent this company"

Nate, AFDT Orlando-Central-FL hires contractors not employees. It states it on the source you applied from. You also shared you were sharing a vehicle with your partner. The job was not only dog training related although you may have dog training experience - our trainers must have solid, dependable transportation so we may service our clients without interruption. Our trainers do a lot of driving to take care of our many clients and unfortunately a 34-year-old part-time car would not allow us to provide the service our customers expect. Credentials of history of management as well as sales was and is required in which you didn’t have history of. This didn’t seem feasible with your sharing a car. It does state a reliable vehicle is required and sharing one isn’t really reliable for this kind of driving required from cities spanning more than a local territory. Even with the obstacles of not having the professional background of management and sales, I expressed to you I really wanted to help you. Frankly I am sad you would have this kind of reaction. It pains me to know you’d leave this review to hurt a business. I was trying to think of any length to find someone to mentor you in the areas you didn’t have experience in. As we left it we were still trying to see if there was a contractor place for you. I wish you much success in your endeavors.
