Lawn Jockeys set up an appointment with me for Thursday at 9 am. Just about one hour prior to the appointment they asked to move to the next day, I agreed to this last minute change. The next morning they no called/no showed and never responded to my messages asking for a status update. They knew we were having a party Saturday and were relying on their help for a time sensitive task, and they left me high and dry.

Ty and his team were great. Thumbtack is a great app for connecting quality workers to home owners. One note it is really difficult to give a precise quote. Lawn Jockeys gave us an initial quote based on a few photos and minimal description. Once they came to our property, the scope was much larger than they originally thought. Ty was very apologetic about the change in price given the miscommunication. Team did a wonderful job and my yard is beautiful.
