Exceeded expectations. I was in a pinch looking for lawn services after two months of no luck. Reached out to KG landscaping and he responded same day and was able to come out the following day. KG Landscaping offers a full service with each service provided. Payments are to be done on the first of every month prior to the service being provided.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introducing myself to the customer and seeing what it is they are looking for. Will provide you with an agreement that states what you are looking to have done, the price per month, and that a 30-day notice of cancelation is needed. Summer: twice a month, Winter: Twice a month or as needed.
