Exceeded expectations. I was in a pinch looking for lawn services after two months of no luck. Reached out to KG landscaping and he responded same day and was able to come out the following day. Our pricing is per service provided. We provide a Full service each time, therefor the price is per mow.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introducing myself to the customer and seeing what it is they are looking for. Will provide you with a contract that states what you are looking to have done, the price per mow, and that a 30-day notice of cancelation is needed.
