- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: customers contact us through our phone, through our social networks and website or through Thumbtack. Step 2: We ask our customers for detailed information about the service they require (cleaning, maintenance or uninstallation and installation). Step 3: We make a visit if necessary to make an estimate of the price of the service. Step 4: If the customer agrees with the service and price, we proceed to schedule it according to our and the customer’s availability. Step 5: We perform our service with quality and with the objective of 100% satisfying our client
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have technicians specialized in the installation of solar panel systems with more than 4 years of experience. These same technicians are the ones who clean the solar panels and provide the maintenance service of the solar panel system.
