A homemade quilt is a wonderous thing. I Provide custom quilting, memory quilts, t-shirt quilts, antique block quilt design. Basically I will transform your idea into a gorgeous quilt. I also provide Long Arm Quilting Services - from simple edge to edge designs to intricate heirloom custom quilting designs. When you hire me to quilt your own finished quilt top, I will treat your creation with care and attention to detail. When you hire me to create a quilt for you, you will receive a completely finished quilt ready to be gifted or placed in your own home.

Patti was absolutely fabulous! My daughter lost her security blanket and I was in a bind trying to replace it. Patti worked with me swiftly and professionally. The blanked had been a handmade gift and I didn’t know the patterns or the materials. Using just pictures and talking with me Patti made the almost exact replica and to my daughter it is exactly the same. I would highly recommend her! She not only makes quilts but she puts love and happiness in your home!

I ordered memory quilts for my sist’s husband and four sons after she died. I sent her clothes to Patti to make the quilts. They are beautiful! They turned out even better than I had imagined. On the anniversary of my sister’s death, I met my nephews at my brother-in-law’s place to have dinner and reminisce, and I brought the quilts to give them. The boys and their dad all love their quilts! They were so excited, we laid them all out to look at them all together and everybody was pointing stuff out, like this piece is from the t-shirt she got on that one vacation, this piece is from her Mickey Mouse tank top she had since high school, this is from her Marvin the Martian sweatshirt, her favorite pajamas, her concert t-shirts, etc. etc. It was really fun and it made them happy. I appreciate Patti’s work on these, and I enthusiastically recommend her.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For long arm quilting services - beginning at $.02 / inch for edge to edge designs. price / inch increases due to level of customized quilting chosen. For custom quilt creation, pricing is based upon the size of the requested quilt. Price will be all inclusive, you will receive a completely finished quilt with no hidden charges or fees. I sell batting at $12 / yard I will provide binding and trimming services for an extra charge.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A hand made quilt is a wondrous thing. I will talk with you and together we will arrive at a mutually agreed upon design. The quote you receive from me will be based upon that agreement, and is open to adjustments should you decide to either increase or decrease the amount of customization in your project. Thread choices, pattern design, etc. are your choice. I will provide advice and help you with your decisions. In the end the final product will be yours, I want you to be happy with it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been sewing for nearly 30 years , quilting for five years, and Long-Arming quilting for myself and others for 2 years. I have taken numerous classes, both locally and at nationally offered events. I belong to two area Quilters Guilds: Stone House Quilters Guild (of which I am the Secretary and member of the Board) and Cabin Branch Quilters Guild.
