We offer a simple, transparent management or re-design fee that is all inclusive and involves no work for the owner. This allows you to maximize your return and spend more time with you family.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we would like to take a look at the home to see how we can help. Some homes may not make sense as a short term rental. If we can help we quickly design a custom plan that maximizes owner return and frees you up to spend more time doing what you love.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for a property manager that can provide: 1. Income guarantee 2. A playbook of systems and processes they use to maximize the short term rental 3. Case studies on how they doubled (or tripled) another owner's income
