- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer transparent and reasonable cohosting fees that cover ful-service property management. Any other fees (designing, set-up, etc.) can be discussed on a call with each individual client and determined according to the client's and the property's needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every customer is different. We can work with customers who are just starting out and help them build their short-term rental from the ground up. And we can take over cohosting/managing an already established vacation rental. We have specific processes for wherever a customer is in their journey.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been trained in one of the top short-term rental programs on how to invest, set-up, operate, and manage short-term rentals around the country. We are trained as experts in hosting properties from a distance. We also have access at all times to some of the best short-term rental minds in the business.
