Introduction
I am an author and Certified Christian Life Coach. I have a B.S. in psychology and studied Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I assist young Christian women in identifying their strengths and developing solutions to overcome obstacles, to achieve their goals. My desire is to be a safe place for young women to share their heart and have spent the past 10 years helping women overcome temptations, limiting beliefs, and walk towards the purpose God has for their life.
