Bryan has completely no experience on construction lying about a lot of things, he ruined and damaged our house, electricity, furniture, delayed our projects, he hired unlicensed workers, and result leaving our projects with stolen and damaged items. Then he blocked out, taking no responsibility. Be very careful!

THIS CLIENT IS THE TYPE OF PERSON WHO IS FRUSTRATED BECAUSE EVERYTHING GOES WRONG DUE TO THEIR LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND IGNORANCE OF BASIC CONSTRUCTION TOPICS. SHE IS JUST STARTING IN THE CONTRACTOR BUSINESS AND HAS ALREADY HAD CONFLICTS WITH DIFFERENT CONTRACTORS, TO THE POINT OF HAVING LAWSUITS AGAINST HER FOR FRAUD. SHE MAKES UP A FICTITIOUS CONTRACT WITH THOUSANDS OF CLAUSES AND TERMS DEPENDING ON THE CONTRACTOR’S PROFILE, LETS THE WORKERS ADVANCE AND AFTER TWO WEEKS SHE COMPLAINS ABOUT ALL THE WORK DONE AND ACCORDING TO HER ‘CLAUSES’ SHE DOES NOT MAKE THE PAYMENT. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS PERSON, HE WANTS TO KEEP YOUR WORK TOOLS TOO!
