Pros: Higher level Home & Remodeling does excellent work. I like that they pressure washed the house and primed it prior to painting, it gave a overall pristine, clean appearance. Claude even was nice enough to hang shadow flower boxes for me. Our home has great curb appeal now, thanks to Higher-level!! Also they painted our exterior for a good price! Cons: has many projects and seemingly fewer workers, which takes longer for project; communication waned, once paid; also should improve clean up after project—paint found throughout yard.

Very disappointed is a understatement! I was quick to pay half up font, they would come for 4 hours a day and then leave. A job that would take 2-3 days by contract took a week! We notice many mistakes and also noticed by contract they didn’t power wash or cover the holes as stated in the contract! Then when they said they were finished they left painting on my lights, fixtures and didn’t finish the job I told them many times and even did a walk through with a employee and it didn’t get done, My mistakes was i should have done more research before hiring and looking at reviews through this platform, even painted my numbers from the house and dislocated them and didn’t cap the paint back on! Which cost be 100s of dollars ! A lot of the mistakes weren’t corrected they told me they were down 2 men but after they promised so many times they would come back never did and kept pushing back the deadlines! Watch out and be aware

Hi Jessica I apologize that you have to leave my company a false review, The paint which you are preferring to has nothing to do with us, It was purchase by you, Once we put the cover back on, Its left on you what happens to it. The house was painted and we had two to three little touches to complete and you denied us acces to your property, So unfortunately Jessica the job could not get the touches, because you got mad and then try to change your attitude after. The communication is there as my proof is in the pictures and text message, My employer never confirm the job was done. Higherlevel always completes the job. I'm sorry you did not allow us to finish the touch up. Thank you for the review.
