I used Home Watch Services of Florida, LLC for over a year to watch my second home in Florida. Not only was Michael very thorough in his visits, he always let me know immediately if there were any issues that may need attention. In my absence he also met contractors on-site when I needed to have warranty work done on the home. Most importantly, Michael is a very trustworthy individual and his rates are very reasonable.The bottom line is if you want to get personal service call Michael. I researched other companies before hiring Michael and I was directed to their call centers to get information.

Home Watch Services is a true 5 star company!! We have entrusted or vacation home to Michael who treats it and cares for it like his own. He gives timely reports and will address issues swiftly and effectively. He makes sure that no storm will ruin us by thorough inspection (pre- and post-storm) and safekeeping of our outdoor furniture. Highly recommended!

We would highly recommend Home Watch Service of Florida LLC. It provides great peace of mind knowing that someone is checking our vacation home regularly whilst we are not there.
