Some of my competitors are cheaper, but I will take the time to make sure you are 100% satisfied. Overall, cleaning went well. There was a little lmiscommunication. One of the rooms was not cleaned, but I got credit back for it, which is why they deserve the five stars will be hiring again overall amazing service!!

Amazing job! Never felt so comfortable inviting someone into my home. Very pleased. Mariana was excellent. Spoke to her on Saturday night she came at 9am Sunday! I left to go shopping for food for the week and I came back to two (2) spotless bathrooms and we turned on music and got everything organized + my oven is so much better. She cleaned out all the cabinets, spices, underneath all sinks. I really wouldn't hire anyone else! You shouldn't either.

I unfortunately wound up having to cancel my booking shortly after making it. But Total Cleaning Service was super pleasant, patient, and professional through the process. It certainly left a great impression and I will definitely be booking with them when I need another house cleaning

It’s my first time utilizing this service, and won’t be my last! I inquired with a few other agencies, but they wanted more for less. So we reached out to Total Cleaning Service.
Mariana responded back to me quickly, and responded in a professional manner, while giving me the information I needed and outlined what to do for my first cleaning. I found that other agencies wrote me a bit too often for my liking and were way too pushy. One of which texted me 5 times within 20 minutes and pressured me into service and add ons I advised I wouldn’t be needing.
However, Mariana was polite and professional the whole time and notified me of the cost for my house specifically. I was then told that Tatiana would be assisting us.
My husband and I left for errands and came back to an amazingly clean home.
Being a mommy of 3, with a newborn and a full time nurse, with a firefighter husband, it’s very hard to keep up with some things like cleaning the way she did, Tatiana made sure to not only make the house spotless, but also went above and beyond for us. She also added cute little touches, such as making bows on the toilet paper rolls in each of our bathrooms. Making our towel look like we were at a resort :), etc. My girls were so excited! She also took the time to help out with laundry I had started and mentioned to Mariana and not to worry about it.. but she dried them anyways and neatly placed them within each of my daughters’ rooms without me even requesting. We were so happy, we almost cried! Our house looks and smells so good, and it means the world that she went out of her way to make our first cleaning amazing! It meant so much to my husband and I to have a clean new house for our babies and at a reasoned rate. We will definitely be utilizing them for our cleanings from now on moving forward. THANK YOU!!!
