Heather and her husband were very professional and communicative ahead of the appointment and did a great job completing the odd items I had. My only issue was with pricing. They advertise $50 an hour and quoted me $150 for 2-3 hours of work prior to arriving. It turned out that everything could be done in one hour and the work was completed in one hour. I was still charged $150. Perhaps that’s their minimum fee. I would rehire them in a heartbeat given their honesty and great work but clarify pricing ahead of time.
