We hired IGI to paint the entire exterior of our home, patch cracks, repair some damaged wood areas, and repaint our pool deck. Rafael was great to work with. He replied quickly and came out the next day to do a walk through and provide an estimate. He had good ideas about paint colors and he explained everything his crew would do in advance. The quote we received was fair and competitively priced compared to others we'd received, so we hired them. The IGI crew started the very next week! Unfortunately it rained practically every day while they were trying to paint but luckily they were able to get small portions done each day before the rain occurred. Instead of taking 3 days it ended up taking 7 due to the weather. I felt so bad for the crew getting soaked almost every day, but they made sure the job got done. We had a few issues with some paint overspray from the garage door that got on the concrete driveway but we contacted Rafael about it and he was able to eventually come back and pressure wash those paint stains away for us. He also recommended someone to repair our pool screen and that job was done well and competitively priced, too. We are very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend IGI Pro Painters.
