Born in Montego Bay Jamaica, chef Dameon grew up in a culture where foods are grown naturally and harvested nearby; organic has always been a way of life, not a grocery store label. our culinary team have extensive cooking background from working at the Ritz Carlton, Sandals Resorts, and a luxury cruise ship to name a few. I specialize in personal chef services and all catering needs . we will come to your residence and prepare a costumized dinner for you and your guests ranging from a simple family style dinner to a 8 course meal.

We always look to Spice House to cater our events now. The team is so attentive and the food is amazing. Anything from brunch to dinner these guys do it well. I have to mention the bartender also, he is exceptional and elevates the experience. Thank you Dameon and team!

I found Spice House Catering by doing a quick search for private chefs in Orlando, FL. What a gem Chef Dameon turned out to be! To say I would hire him again is not even close to doing his work justice! From our very first contact I knew he was the person for the job which was 3 consecutive nights of dinner for 30 people each. His menus were creative and well thought out, but also open to changes that I thought would be well received in our groups. He was very responsive and I never had to worry about communication. The day of our first event he arrived right on time and he was, as were the staff he brought with him to help serve and to bartend our event, very professional. Their attention to detail from the layout of the food, to the flavor combinations, to no guest ever worrying if their plate needed to be thrown out or their drink needed refilling was impeccable! I could go on and on about the detail they put into each of our events. The food was incredible and the desserts were to die for! There aren't enough words to express how delicious, not to mention beautiful to look at, the food was. Dameon has a gift and I look forward to working with him again when we are back in Orlando. In closing- if you're debating on whether or not to take the chance on Spice House Catering- DO IT! I promise you'll be happy you did!

I hired Chef Dameon to prepare a 4 course dinner for a bachelorette party for 12 ladies! It was a HUGE success! I met with Chef Dameon before our event to create a menu. He allowed me to create a menu & he came up with a menu as well to present to the party to choose from. The food was OUTSTANDING!! The presentation was beautiful & he was VERY professional!
