Marilane was our event coordinator and we loved the results for our wedding ceremony at Crandon Beach. She was highly proactive always looking for updates to complete all the details prior to our event. I would like to recognize her patience and kindness in all our communications. She was on time the day of the event as agreed and the quality of the set up was as we envisioned it. I would highly recommend her.

We hired Marilane to be our wedding decorator and coordinator, and it was one of the best decisions we could have made and money best spent. We hired her just a couple of weeks before our big day and she took all my stress off, literally. The moment I met her, I knew I could blindly trust her and at last relax. Mari truly cares about making all your wedding dreams a reality. She went above and beyond by making a very descriptive timeline we both had access to, and share it with all of my vendors to make sure we were all in the same page, while contacting them independently to address any obstacles ahead of time. Additionally, she kept a very organized and descriptive note file with all the details concerning decor to ensure nothing was missed the day of. Mari is always willing to do anything you envision and will never say no, she even finished putting together the final layers of the cake I had made, which is not her expertise, but yet did an excellent work with it. Mari is available to answer any questions at any time and always responds quickly. The day of, she was there first thing in the morning, ensuring everything and every one was ready to go and on time. If anything was not going according to plan, she made sure to get in contact to help decide. Mari went as far as to bring my husband and I water while we were taking pictures during the cocktail hour. The ceremony and reception progressed flawlessly thanks to her, and when the party was over, she had already picked up what we needed and put it in the designated car, including all numbered family cards. Mari even went around our guest tables ensuring everyone had signed our “sign-book alternative.” This is not just my review, this is all the guests that approached me after the wedding and told me how perfect and organized everything was, and specifically mentioned Mari’s great work. She was hustling and perfection through it all. My husband, then fiance, was one who was initially skeptical of us hiring a coordinator, thinking it was unnecessary, to later recognizing what an essential piece Mari played on our wedding, even thinking we did not pay her enough for her work. She was excellent, and I will always remember her dearly. She was better than what I could have expected.

Mary helped me create the perfect dinner. I gave her my inspiration and she brought it to life. She was effecient with our meetings and worked with the vendors. The dinner was stress free for me because of Mary's attention to detail. The fee was extremely reasonable - worth every penny! Thank you for creating an unforgettable evening!!!!

We hired Dan and his team to deliver a black tie holiday 6 course tasting menu with passed Hors d’oeuvres for 16 people. The communication was fantastic from the start, they completely understood the concept we were trying to achieve and a few quick comments on the menu produced a result we were excited about. That was just the beginning! They communicated flawlessly through the setup and renting of tables/plate ware, etc. The team arrived on time on the day of the event and jumped right in setting the table and preparing. When the first guest rang the doorbell the bartender had drinks ready, the team kept the house spotless and really kicked the event off on a high note. Then we got our first taste of the food. To say that they absolutely crushed expectations is an understatement. They over delivered and absolutely wowed everyone - they essentially delivered a 5 star gourmet pop up restaurant in our house. The service was flawless and amazingly timed given how many plates they prepared - over 100 in total. The event was so successful that we have already rebooked Dan and the team for our next pop up experience early next year. They exceeded expectations from start to finish and delivered an unforgettable experience. Forgive my amateur photography, my picture taking does not do the beautiful plates the team created justice!
